The name "Platinum" says it all. After looking for a couple of years at buying an existing home, we decided the only way to get the house we really wanted was to build. A friend in the housing industry told us his first and only choice would be to build with Platinum Homes. We lucked out when we came across a lot we loved that happened to be Platinum's. I was surprised when I phoned Platinum Homes, that it was Terry Loewen, the CEO who talked with us. We viewed one of his homes and instantly knew the floor plan was perfect for our family. From there, everything happened so fast. The draftsperson made a couple of changes by the next day, and the following day we signed the papers to begin building our dream home. We were very impressed that we were given a key and encouraged to visit the house often. Terry and his staff really listened to what our needs were and made great suggestions that perfected our house that much more. Unlike others we’ve known who’ve built with other builders, we found there were very few overages. We were very pleased to take possession 1 ½ months sooner than anticipated. While some homeowners find their builder shrugs them off once they take possession, Terry made himself available to ensure high standards in the work. If there ever was an issue it was dealt with by the following day. Throughout the building and follow up process, Terry and his staff have provided exceptional quality and service. We highly recommend anyone to build with them.

In 2004, construction of our new home began under the watchful eye of Terry Loewen. Terry built our house as if it was his own. His attention to detail and quality was outstanding. Terry was constantly on site and if we could not find him at the site he was only a phone call away.
We have been in our house now for three years and Terry was still only a phone call away. With any little problem that came up, Terry always took care of it. Now Terry has moved on and started his own company and he is still availbale for us to call if we need his advice.
Our next home will be built by Terry. With Terry's experience, dedication and excellent skills we will not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Dear Platinum Home Builder:
I wanted to start my letter by stating the obvious.
The Platinum Home that I bought for my family is awesome.
When my wife and I drove from Lethbridge to see new homes here in Red Deer we had the chance to visit many of the new homes in Vainer Woods. We spent A week searching for that perfect home. I of course wanted curb appeal; my wife wanted a great floor plan and we both wanted a reasonable price.
We found that your Home offered everything we were looking for. Coming from Lethbridge where we had a nice home we wanted a home that would make you say WOW!!! The Bi-level design had that WOW look to it. We loved the exterior design and my wife loved the master bathroom. The kitchen is great and the living area is large enough for entertaining. I of course love the 9 foot ceilings in the basement. The brick work on the front of the house which by the way it’s a must have.
The transaction was as smooth as can be. Terry was great help and was there all the time to answer any of our questions. I couldn’t believe all the gifts Terry and Sam had for us on possession.
We have now been enjoying our home for over two months now. We love it. Our friends and family love the look of the house. They tell us how beautiful our new home is. Not to brag but we think we have one of the best looking homes in our neighborhood.
Again a special thanks to Terry who has even come over to our home after hours to make sure we were happy with every aspect of our new home.
